I am a playful yogini, teacher and coach, lover of sweet beats and a goddess of GROOVE, Master Trainer in THEGROOVE, Reiki practitioner, blogger, writer, business owner/operator and above all, a mumma of two beautiful, bright lights. The way I show up in a room could be seen as a reflections of the way I like my life; a full spectrum of potential experiences - savouring everything from excited, playful and creative expression to quiet, deep introspection. As a coach, I am known to be a life mobilizer, possibility advocate, shadow illuminator, accountability & integrity warrior, and creative catalyst... occasionally delivering truth bombs with a sprinkling of f-bombs.
I have accumulated an eclectic collection of certificates, a degree and some wisdom over the years. I have created and operated two successful businesses, managed multiple organizations and experienced workplaces requiring everything from a power suit to a hard hat and steel toe boots.
I have an absolute passion for supporting people in becoming aware of and leveraging their core strengths, and then transforming their deep soul desires into reality. My offerings are truly an act of love and my soul's passion. I strive to create an environment where you will feel welcome and leave feeling completely nourished, motivated and presenced to YOUR greatness.
